The software stored in the LabelManager's firmware won't work with the Mac's most current operating system. Likewise, the downloaded software won't "see" the printer.

I just bought this, I connected it as per instruction, it feeds through but does not print,
very upset, tried everything.

I love this product. I plugged it into my computer and copied and pasted 185 names from my vendor list to labels and printed them in 45 minutes. It was amazing. This would have taken me hours with my old label maker.

Right out of the box and all I'm getting are blank labels. There is not much to get wrong with the plug and play. The cartridge goes in only one way. I'm typing my name in on the DYMO program then PRINT. I have lots of blank adhesive labels.
